TRANSIT VISA
Transit Visa is a single entry visa for a passenger in transit thru Indonesia on the way to a foreign destination, to a country of origin, to join a transport vehicle that will continue its journey outside Indonesia territory or to stop over because of emergency. Transit Visa can be given for up to maximum 14 (fourteen) days.
The Visa processing completed in four working days, starting the date when the visa application dropped off directly (by hand) at the Visa Window, The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Houston. However, it takes five working date or longer when the visa application obtained by mail, starting the date when we received the visa application.
Please be advised that Indonesia Visa must used within 90 (ninety) days from the Date of Issuance.

Visa application by mail should enclosed a self-stamped/pre-paid return envelope by Express Mail or FedEx or UPS (air mail not ground). The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Houston will not process a visa application by mail unless there is an enclosed a self-stamped/pre-paid return envelope. The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Houston is not responsible for any applications or passports that are lost in transit.
Before you mail the application, please remember that the application must be send along with the applicants passport. The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Houston would attach the visa in the passport. No passport, no visa.
Please be advised that we will return your application and passport if we found there are no blank visa pages on the passport. This will delay your application processing.
Non-US Citizen applicants who held certain US Visa may not be processes at the Embassy/Consulate Generals. For Non-US Citizen Please provide Copy of US Permanent Residence/Visa/Valid I-20 from schools/Universities. Please be advised that applicant with a US B1/B2 visa would not be processed. Such applicant suggested for obtaining Indonesian visa from country of origin/country of residency.
Visa Fee for Transit Visa is US$ 20.00 and may be paid only by Money Order or Company Check, payable to the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Houston. Personal Check would not be accepted.
